• Explain details of your prescription benefit coverage
• Help set up mail order prescriptions
• Assist with prior authorizations
• Suggest alternative medication therapies
• Price medications based on your plan and suggest lower-cost options
• Advise you of any harmful drug interactions
• Provide general information about your medications
